PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIME:
Orders are processed Monday thru Thursday, 9am to 6PM Mountain Time & Friday 9AM to 4PM, ORDERS DO NOT PROCESS OR SHIP ON WEEKENDS. Holiday ship times WILL vary on current work load.
Once an order is placed on our website, please allow 2-4 business days for the order to be processed with an active shipping label printed (demand is high at the moment) , prepared and packed, ready for shipment. Orders will occasionally be shipped same day or the following day depending on order volume. We ship 5 days a week ( Mon-Fri ).
Please understand that Framed Art and Canvas Art can take up to 5 business days to ship if the piece is not in stock. We try to keep as many in stock as we can at one time. If the piece is not in stock we deliver it to our framer or place the canvas order right away. Thank you for your understanding.
*If you have not received a tracking number, but received confirmation that your order is going to be shipped, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can go ahead and send you your tracking number.
No Greater Love Art is NOT responsible for mis-deliveries. If you miswrote the shipping address on your order, please contact us within 24 hours ( OR IMMEDIATELY) of placing the order so we can make the changes for you. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to our facility, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request sent to you through e-mail or charged back to the initial card for purchase ( or paypal ).
MAIL THEFT/LOST PACKAGES/TAMPERED PACKAGES
It is very important to check your tracking number periodically. If you did not receive one, please request one right away, via e-mail . If you did not receive your package and it is stated as being delivered, please contact us. We will go ahead and file an investigation with the mail service that was responsible for delivering your package. The duration of the investigation varies case by case. In order for us to issue you a full refund or resend your order again, we must receive confirmation from the mail service that the package was not delivered. After conducting the investigation, and if your package was confirmed delivered by the USPS, then we will not be able to refund nor reprocess your order.
Due to the high quality of the artwork, No Greater Love Art does not accept returns. All Sales are Final.
All of our prints are handled with extreme care. Each order is hand rolled and placed in a tube. If you receive the print damaged please contact us at email@example.com (IMMEDIATELY) so that we can review if we are at fault, or if we need to file a report with the mailing service.
LIMITED EDITIONS INFORMATION
A limited edition print is so named because its run -- the number of these prints that are created and sold -- is limited to a specific number, say, 750. Each run is determined by size and any other qualifying factors; for instance, you can have a limited edition run of an image in a 16 x 24 size on paper, another run of 16 x 20 on paper, a third run of 12 x 15 on canvas, and so on. If you purchase the 5th print sold in the 16x24 on paper run, then somewhere on the print will be written (generally in pencil or special pen) 5 / 750, which indicates that your print is the 5th piece out of a total of 750 to be created in this particular run. This also makes your art print highly unique compared to an open edition print.
The print may or may not be signed by the artist (if the artist is alive, it really should be), and if so, will be of increased value.
